Walk and Talk Therapy may be the best fit for you!
Combining an active lifestyle with traditional talk therapy, WTT allows you to get outside, connect with nature, and the world around you, all while working through problems with the support of a clinically licensed professional.
Telehealth Services:
If going outdoors isn't for you, we also provide Telehealth psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidenced based practices where you don't have to leave the comfort of your home, but can still get the professional help needed. Our therapist utilize a mixture of evidenced based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Motivational interviewing, and Dialectical behavioral therapy informed strategies to address your needs and ensure you feel heard.
Activity-Based Psychotherapy (Telehealth)
Can't sit still, don't worry, we offer activity based therapy in the convenience of your home. HOW, you ask? Those participating will be mailed a "Therapy box" packed with specific activities you will work on during your sessions. Each box is different and age appropriate. (Fee applied)
*This isn't just for kids either. We have therapy boxes designed with our Anxious, or Attention deficit Adults in mind, too.
